The St Lawrence Republican County Committee is saddened to inform on the passing of
Richard V Manning of Parishville, NY on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 2nd, 2023 from 4-7PM at the Garner Funeral Service (10 Lawrence Ave, Potsdam, NY). A funeral mass will be held on Friday, February 3rd, 2023, at 11AM at St. Patrick's Church (4897A State Route 56, Colton, NY).
